Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Magnetic Me Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms:

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S.
You must apply through the official application form linked on this page.
Magnetic Me reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

Ambassadors must follow and tag @magneticme on Instagram and @magneticmebaby on TikTok.
You must join and engage in the Magnetic Me MVP Facebook group.
To remain eligible, ambassadors must complete at least 3 content requirements per month from the approved list (e.g., Reels, TikToks, UGC, IG Stories).
Content must be original, clear, and well-lit, and should reflect Magnetic Me’s family-friendly, cozy, and joyful brand aesthetic.
All content must avoid:

Nudity or suggestive content
Inappropriate or offensive language
Drug or alcohol use
Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory messaging
Political or controversial statements
Magnetic Me reserves the right to request content edits or reject submitted content that does not meet these standards.

Ambassadors earn a 13% commission on qualifying sales made through their personalized ShopMy links.
Commission is tracked and managed through ShopMy. Ambassadors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their ShopMy account.
Magnetic Me reserves the right to verify sales and deny commissions in the case of fraud or suspicious activity.

By participating, you grant Magnetic Me permission to reuse your content (photos, videos, captions, etc.) across its marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, digital ads, and website. Credit will be given where possible.

Magnetic Me may update program requirements, commission structure, or benefits at any time.
Failure to meet participation requirements may result in removal from the program.
Magnetic Me reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

This program is intended for individuals only—businesses or agencies may not participate.
No purchase is necessary to apply or participate.
Ambassadors must comply with FTC guidelines and clearly disclose their partnerships in content (e.g., #ad, #gifted, or #MagneticMePartner).
