Product Details

Our Puffer Parka is a winter essential that helps baby get cozy-warm quicker, thanks to time-saving magnets that fasten in a snap. This essential outer layer is made from insulating, wind-resistant nylon and features a high collar that acts as a barrier against wind and the snuggliest fleece lining on the body and hood. 

  • Wind-resistant, insulating nylon is combined with ultra-warm polar fleece and sherpa linings.
  • Magnetic closures make for quick, easy dressing and changing. 
  • SewSafe™ guarantees magnets are safely sealed and stitched inside a pouch, then between multiple layers of fabric, making them completely inaccessible to children.
  • Easy care, machine wash.
  • Shell: 100% nylon; body lining: 100% recycled polyester polar fleece; sleeve lining: 100% nylon; filing: 100% recycled polyfill

Care Instructions

Close magnetic fasteners before wash and dry to avoid damage.

Machine wash cold with like colors.

Dry with full load of laundry on low.

Dry laundry for 30 minutes maximum.

Air dry for 30 min if garment is still damp. 

No commercial dryers.

No Bleach.

Do not iron.

Does exposure to magnets or magnetic fields cause people harm?

No. According to the world health organization, exposure to static magnets have not been proven to have harmful (or positive) effects on people. For more information email us at customercare@magneticme.com for more information.

What about swallowing magnets?

Our magnetic fasteners are safely sewn into our garments to be inaccessible to infants or their siblings.  The magnetic fasteners have SewSafe™ construction, stitched into our clothes hidden between layers of fabric and would take serious tampering to remove. You should periodically inspect seams and fabric near magnetic fasteners. If fabric tears, rips, or loose stitching are found, discontinue use of the product.

Have magnetic me clothes been safety tested?

Absolutely! Our products have been independently safety tested by a consumer products safety testing bureau.

Do magnetic me products contain lead?

No way! Our products have been thoroughly tested and all of our products meet lead safety standards. 

Do our magnets are not strong enough to affect pacemakers

In fact, Magnetic Me is used in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Units all around the country. if you do have a pacemaker, please consult with your physician first before use.

"These coats are almost perfect! Sherpa inside is warm and washes up nicely. The cuffs and scrunch around hood keep the warm hood up around their heads perfect. My only complaints are have larger sizes/colors, and make the magnets stronger. I have the magnetic me rain coats and I feel they magnet better with less perfect alignment than these coats, likely the thicker fabric. I know they are new and so nearly perfect but please please if you fix anything make them close with less parental help needed."
