The Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) mandates that all children’s sleepwear in sizes 9-12M to 14Y either follow tight fit standards OR be flame retardant, which usually includes treating garments with toxic chemicals. Magnetic Me follows the tight-fit mandate on our modal, CloudStretch, and organic cotton onesies so as not to use toxic chemicals on our fabrics. In these instances, it is recommended to size up. We do make these products as big as we can, while still making sure they comply with this required safety regulation. xo, the mm team
